Mary Capozzi – Treasurer

Mary Capozzi is from Hastings, Nebraska.  She received her B.S.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska.  She spent several years as a staff accountant with CPA firms in Texas and Washington.  Her experience includes individual and corporate accounting as well as various bookkeeping and payroll duties.

Mary’s husband, Michael, is in his final assignment of a 20 year Air Force career. Together they have been through six moves and four deployments and while the sacrifice has been tremendous, nothing compares to those who have sacrificed all. She is honored to help Gold Star Peak, Inc. and offers a unique avenue of support to the families of our nation’s fallen heroes.

She is currently a stay at home mom raising three children and one husband who is in his final assignment of a 20 year Air Force career. She loves the outdoors and running and plans on staying in Alaska after her husband retires.
